Custom Document Upload Disclaimer
CRITICAL: When you upload custom lease agreements or documents, you acknowledge and agree that:
- • Free Property Mate does NOT review, validate, or verify the legal accuracy of uploaded documents

Digital Signature Limitations
Our digital signature platform facilitates document execution but does not constitute legal advice regarding signature validity under Australian electronic transaction laws. You must ensure compliance with relevant Electronic Transactions Acts in your jurisdiction.
No Real Estate License
Free Property Mate does not hold real estate agent licenses in any Australian state or territory. We do not provide property management services, tenant/landlord mediation, or real estate transaction services requiring licensing.
MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION: Before executing any lease agreement, you MUST consult with qualified legal professionals, licensed real estate agents, or property management specialists in your jurisdiction.
